KANDUR
Hemostatic Scaffold Granule
To control bleeding, various pharmacological medications have been created. Nonetheless, it is essential that these substances affect scaffold, coagulation, vasoconstriction, and thrombin production. In addition to scaffold qualities, we wanted to show that the agents could halt bleeding on both minor and big open bleedings following skin clefts, extracorporal injuries, traumatic cuts, and spontaneous or surgical intervention. To investigate blood-stopping and scaffolding effects in a rat femoral bleeding model, a novel and genuine hemostatic substance, processed patented (PD), and the most popular chitosan in the medical field were utilized. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze the samples, and the outcomes of blood stoppage were reported.
